Lost packages
At Nutrimill, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If your order is lost during transit, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or call 385-330-4748 with your order number and any relevant details.
Stolen Items
Once a package or packages are proven delivered* by one of our shipping carriers we will not be responsible for lost, missing, or stolen Items. *Photos and GPS coordinates are used together for proof of delivery. If the photo and coordinates do not match your shipping address, we will work with our carrier to replace the missing items. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package or that there is a secure location for delivery.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] or call 385-330-4748 and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
