  2. Rotate the bowl clockwise until it locks into place securely.

Step 2: Install the Mixing Tool

  • For bread dough, attach the dough hook by inserting it onto the center post of the bowl.
  • For whipping and beating, attach the wire whips onto the plastic whip drive before placing it onto the center post.
  • For cookie dough and thick batters, use the optional cookie paddles if available.

Step 3: Secure the Lid

  1. Place the lid over the bowl.
  2. Attach the lid to prevent ingredients from splattering while mixing.

3. Connecting to Power & Adjusting Settings

  1. Plug the mixer into a standard 120V outlet.
  2. Select the appropriate speed setting:
    • Speed 1-2: Kneading dough and slow mixing.

    • Speed 5-6: Whipping cream, beating egg whites, and aerating mixtures.
    • Pulse Function: Provides quick bursts of power for precision mixing.

4. Preparing for First-Time Use

Before mixing ingredients for the first time, follow these steps:

  • Wash the mixing bowl, lid, and attachments with warm, soapy water.
  • Dry all components completely before assembling.
