NutriMill Artiste Stand Mixer FAQsUpdated a month ago

If you have questions about using your NutriMill Artiste Stand Mixer, this FAQ guide provides answers to common concerns, troubleshooting tips, and general product information to help you get the best performance from your mixer.

1. Why Did My Artiste Mixer Shut Off While Mixing?

The mixer has an internal thermal heat switch to prevent overheating. If the mixer is overloaded with too large of a batch or used for an extended period, it will turn off automatically to protect the motor.

To reset the mixer:

  • Unplug it from the outlet.
  • Allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes before using it again.

If this issue occurs frequently, please contact our service department for further assistance.

2. How Many Pounds of Dough Can the Artiste Mix?

The NutriMill Artiste is designed to mix up to 6 pounds of whole wheat dough. Exceeding this limit may cause strain on the motor and reduce mixing efficiency.

3. Do Bosch Mixer Attachments Fit the Artiste?

Some Bosch mixer attachments are compatible with the Artiste, while others are not.

To check compatibility:

  • Read the product description of the attachment you are interested in.
  • Under the "Compatibility" section, it will list which mixers the attachment fits.

If unsure, please contact our support team for recommendations.

4. Does Bosch Make the Artiste Stand Mixer?

No, Bosch and NutriMill are two separate brands.

  • The NutriMill Artiste is manufactured by NutriMill.
  • The Bosch Universal Plus Mixer is manufactured by Bosch.
  • NutriMill is a certified Bosch Kitchen Machine dealer and manufactures attachments that fit both mixers.

NutriMill does not represent Bosch and is independently owned and operated.

5. What is the Warranty for the Artiste Stand Mixer?

NutriMill warrants the Artiste Stand Mixer to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.

If a product is found to be defective, NutriMill will repair or replace it with a comparable model at our sole discretion upon receiving the defective product.
