How to Set Up Your Harvest Grain MillUpdated 2 months ago

Setting up your NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill properly ensures smooth operation and consistent milling results. Follow this guide for a hassle-free setup.

1. Unboxing & Checking Components

Before starting, ensure you have all the necessary components:
Harvest Grain Mill Unit
Hopper & Lid
Cleaning Brush

2. Preparing for First Use

✔ Mill 2 cups of white rice and discard the flour – This helps remove any residue from manufacturing.
✔ Ensure the mill is on a hard, flat surface for stability.
Plug the mill into a standard 120V outlet.

3. Assembling the Mill

  1. Attach the Hopper – Align the black tabs through the slots and turn clockwise until it locks into place.
  2. Place a bowl under the flour spout to catch the milled flour.
  3. Ensure the texture control knob is set properly before milling.

4. Adjusting Flour Texture

For finer flour, turn the knob clockwise.
For coarser flour, turn the knob counterclockwise.
✔ If the millstones touch and you hear a rubbing noise, adjust slightly counterclockwise.

5. Milling Your First Grains

  1. Turn the mill on before adding grain to prevent jamming.
  2. Slowly add small amounts of grain to the hopper until you determine the best texture setting.
  3. Once the grain is fully milled, allow the hopper to empty before turning off the mill.

Your NutriMill Harvest is now ready for regular use!
