How do I start a return?Updated a month ago

Returns within 30 days of shipment are eligible for a full refund, with return/replacement shipping provided free of charge within the continental United States for all products valued over $70. However, any returned items must be new and in their original packaging and returned promptly to qualify for a full refund.  Anything returned more than 30 days past the return approval will not receive a refund.

How to submit a return request

Click the profile icon or click the link below

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Submit request". If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label via email. All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return.

Please note that perishable/consumable items are not eligible for return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-7 business days or fewer after our returns department receives the return.
