Harvest Grain Mill Replacement Parts & WarrantyUpdated a month ago

The NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill is designed for durability, but if a part needs replacement or repair, our warranty and service department can assist you. This guide explains what is covered under warranty and how to request service.

1. Replacement Parts & Service

Certain parts of the NutriMill Harvest may require replacement over time due to regular use. The following components are available through our service department:

  • Milling Stones – Ceramic-bound corundum stones that grind grains into flour. These are the only replacement parts available for purchase.
  • Other Components (Hopper, Flour Spout, Motor Unit, etc.) – If damaged or defective, these must be replaced through the NutriMill Service Department as part of a repair request.

If your mill requires servicing, please follow the warranty claim process below.

2. Warranty Coverage

The NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill comes with a 5-year limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturer defects in materials and craftsmanship
  • Motor failure due to normal home use
  • Issues with milling stones or internal parts

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, such as dulling milling stones
  • Damage caused by foreign objects, such as rocks, metal, wet or oily grains
  • Misuse, accidental damage, or improper storage
  • Disassembly or unauthorized repairs

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Complete the Warranty Claim Form

To request warranty service, submit a claim using the link below:

Submitting the claim form ensures faster processing and proper documentation.

Step 2: Gather Your Information

Before filling out the form, have the following details ready:

  • Product name and model (NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill)
  • Purchase date and receipt (required for warranty claims)
  • Description of the issue (attach photos if possible)

Step 3: Follow Instructions from NutriMill Service

Once your claim is submitted, NutriMill will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your NutriMill Harvest is no longer under warranty, our service department can still assist you with repairs.

  • Request a Repair Quote – Fill out the Warranty Claim Form and indicate that your mill is out of warranty.
  • Do not attempt self-repairs – Disassembling the mill voids the warranty and may cause further damage.

5. Keeping Your Harvest Grain Mill in Warranty Condition

  • Always use dry, clean grains. Milling wet or oily grains may void your warranty.
  • Follow regular cleaning and maintenance practices.
  • Do not disassemble the mill. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

For all warranty service and repair requests, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form to receive assistance.
