1. Using the Meat Grinder Attachment

The Meat Grinder Attachment is ideal for:

How to Attach & Use the Meat Grinder

  1. Move the mixer base to its side and Secure the Meat Grinder attachment onto the mixer base, ensuring it locks into place.
  2. If using an older Bosch Universal Classic Mixer, attach the adapter foot before installation.
  3. Place the filler tray on top and load fresh, trimmed meat into the grinder.
  4. Insert the pusher and gently press down to feed the meat into the grinder.
  5. The 4-blade knife and 4.5mm disk will grind the meat into fine, even portions.
  6. Continue until all meat has been processed, then disassemble for cleaning.

For Bosch Universal Plus & Bosch Universal Classic Mixers (4 Speeds + Pulse):

  • Speed 2-3: General meat grinding and processing
  • Speed 4: Faster grinding for large quantities
  • Pulse: Short bursts to prevent clogging and ensure smooth operation

2. Care & Cleaning Instructions

The Meat Grinder is hand wash only—do not place any parts in the dishwasher.

How to Clean Your Meat Grinder

  • Immediately after use, disassemble all parts and rinse with warm water.
  • Wash all components by hand with warm, soapy water.
  • Do not soak the metal parts, as prolonged exposure to water may cause rust.
